Megan Ragone, LCSW

I have been licensed to practice in the state of NC for over 13 years and have worked in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. I work primarily with adults and have a special interest in older adults and aging that bloomed in my experiences on a gero-psych unit early in my career. I received my Bachelor of Psychology from University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill in 2004 and then returned there for my Master of Social Work, which I completed in 2007. My most recent work has been in an integrated medical and mental health practice, and I have experience working with disordered eating and patients who are working toward physical and mental health goals. It was in this most recent position that I realized my interest in working with trauma and attachment injuries, and how early experiences frame our behaviors and relationships today. I am passionate about my work and open to people of all backgrounds. I hope to meet you and hear your story as well.
